March 1,2018. A night I will never forget. In 2015, I decided to audition for a part in the film, "Abnormal Attraction." 1. Drink water: Staying hydrated is so important, for your physical and mental state. It helps reduce dizziness, and increases focus. 2. Go outside: GET SOME FRESH AIR. Even if you aren't a "tree hugger" stepping outside and inhaling "fresh air" is good for your health.
