1. Drink water: Staying hydrated is so important, for your physical and mental state. It helps reduce dizziness, and increases focus. 2. Go outside: GET SOME FRESH AIR. Even if you aren't a "tree hugger" stepping outside and inhaling "fresh air" is good for your health. Fresh air is really important when you are feeling stressed, anxious, depressed, etc. Also, it helps if you have been inside all day. Being inside all day can make you go loopy, and even get you sick! 3. Take a shower: Don't think of taking a shower as just a daily chore... Use that time in the shower to relax and think. Giving yourself a break to "wash away your worries" can sometimes be the cure. 4. Stretch: You don't have to be flexible to do some daily flexing... trust me. Just take a few minutes out of your day to stretch your arms and legs. Release any tension in your body, and I guarantee that will make you feel a little better. 5. Breathe: Take some deep breaths, calm yourself down and remind yourself that everything is going to be OKAY.
